TollDesk Pay, an independent Dubai-based toll tag recharge assistance service. Contact: support@tolldeskpay.org.
2. Data we collect
- Recharge data: UAE mobile, emirate, category, plate code, plate number, amount in AED.
- Contact data: email (optional), name and message if you use the contact form.
- Technical data: IP, browser, pages viewed — for security and analytics.
Card data stays on the payment page provided by our payment processor and does not reach our servers.
3. How we use the data
- Process your recharge request and route the top-up to the plate account.
- Send a receipt if you asked for one.
- Respond to support requests and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing
We share recharge requests with the payment provider and the queue used to apply balances. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention
Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable UAE law and reasonable audit purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@tolldeskpay.org.
