Your card data stays on the payment page

Transparent view of what we collect for toll tag recharge, and what stays with the payment provider.

What we collect

  • UAE mobile number (so the recharge is routed to the right account).
  • Emirate, plate category, plate code and plate number for the toll tag recharge.
  • The AED amount you chose.
  • Email address, only if you provided one for a receipt.
  • Standard technical logs (IP, browser, timestamp) for security and fraud prevention.

Card data flow

Card entry happens on a dedicated payment page provided by our payment processor. The card number and CVV go directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. We receive a payment reference — not the card number.

Transport encryption

The website is served over HTTPS. All form submissions and the payment page use TLS.

How we keep things honest

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We show only real credentials — no fabricated PCI/SSL badges.
  • No unsolicited marketing. You reach out, we reply.

If something looks wrong

If you receive a message that claims to be us but feels suspicious, write to support@tolldeskpay.org. We help you verify and flag it.
