What the service fee covers

The flat fee covers the assistance work: validating your plate details, routing the recharge request, and following up if something does not land. Payment processor fees are already included — no bank-side surprises.

Limits

  • Minimum single top-up: AED 20
  • Maximum single top-up: AED 500
  • Multiple requests per day are allowed up to the operator-side cap on the plate account.

Refunds

When a top-up cannot be applied to the plate account and cannot be re-submitted, we refund in full. See the refund policy for the exact rules.
