How do I recharge my plate number here?

Open Recharge. Enter your UAE mobile, pick emirate, category, plate code and number, choose an AED amount, and confirm. Dropdowns update automatically.

How fast is the top-up applied?

Same working day for requests submitted Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time. Late-evening and weekend requests are applied the next working morning.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Debit and credit cards issued in AED. Card details are entered on a secure payment page handled by our processor.

What are the fees and limits?

Minimum AED 20, maximum AED 500 per transaction. A small flat service fee is shown before you confirm. See the pricing table.

What if I paid but the balance did not update?

Email the transaction reference to support@tolldeskpay.org. Our Dubai team traces the request and re-submits it or guides a refund.

Is it safe to enter card details?

Card data is submitted on a licensed payment page over an encrypted connection. See Security.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, when a top-up cannot be applied and cannot be re-submitted. See the refund policy.

Which plate categories do you support?

Private, taxi, motorcycle, commercial, government and public transport, where applicable to each emirate. The form shows only what applies after you pick an emirate and category.

Where can I use the toll balance after top-up?

On UAE toll gantries. The topped-up balance works wherever the plate category is accepted.
