1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of tolldeskpay.org and the toll tag recharge service provided by TollDesk Pay ("we"). By using the website or submitting a recharge request, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of service
We provide toll tag recharge assistance for UAE drivers: cascading plate selection, flat-fee AED pricing and routing of the recharge request so the toll balance updates on the plate account.
3. Status
TollDesk Pay is an independent Dubai-based assistance service, operating separately from any toll operator or government authority of the United Arab Emirates.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate plate details (emirate, category, plate code and number).
- Use a payment method issued in your own name.
- Comply with UAE law and the terms of your card issuer.
5. Fees and payment
Top-up amounts are charged in AED. A small flat service fee is shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure page.
6. Processing time
Requests during working hours (Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same working day.
7. Refunds
Handled per the refund policy.
8. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to process every recharge correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.
9. Intellectual property
Website design, text and logos are the property of TollDesk Pay unless indicated otherwise. Third-party trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
